In the Beginning . . .

Four years ago, upon the urging of my friends, I began a venture to provide an extraordinary place for tea, conversation, and reconnecting with friends.  So, we have tea in my home several times a year; usually Spring, Fall, and Christmas.  Since the beginning, we have added a Mother's Day tea and usually one tea during the summer called the "Bridal Tea".  We have hosted bridesmaid's teas, fairy teas, birthdays, and anniversaries. Whatever you can dream of, we can do it.  You can take a pictorial journey down my blog and see some of what has happened these past years.
A large family Fall  tea party in the Parlor. The young boy commented these "were the best things
he ever ate" when he ate his first scone.
A party of sisters had a wonderful day by the fireplace in the Main Hall.

A wonderful visitor from England had tea here in the Main Hall and was thrilled with the
fresh clotted cream, lemon curd, and a "real china cup".
